Returns
For most of our products, change-of-mind returns can be made for 14 days. We do not accept change-of-mind returns for health and safety products, or packages that have been opened.
We will refund you the product price (including the initial shipping fee) minus a restocking fee of 10% of the product price. You will be responsible for return shipping (unless indicated otherwise). We will refund you within 10 days of receiving the returned product.
Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty against product defects for most of our products, unless specified otherwise. This doesn't cover general wear and tear, inappropriate use, or some consumable products which wouldn't be expected to last 12 months. In certain cases, an extended warranty applies - beyond 12 months.
If you would like to return a product under warranty, please retain the product and contact us - please include your order reference number. We'll ask for a brief description of the problem, along with some supporting documentation (generally photos).
For missing parts, please contact us with details and photos. Once we are able to validate your claim, we will issue the parts to you as soon as possible. If no parts are available, we will provide an alternative solution in keeping with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
