Service Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Service Terms. Please read them carefully.

All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed at checkout and are securely processed via Stripe. We accept the following payment methods through Stripe:
    - Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
    - Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay)
    - Other payment options supported by Stripe (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna, or bank transfers where applicable)

We ship Australia-wide, although there may be some rural areas where certain items cannot be delivered. Shipping is handled by third-party couriers. While we cannot predict exact delivery times, we will provide a tracking number for your order in most cases. If your order hasn't arrived in a timely fashion (within 10 working days), please contact us, and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

For many of our products, shipping is free. For products where there is a shipping fee, it will be calculated at checkout based on your postcode. We label products with a 'Free Shipping' tag if they have free shipping Australia wide, however other products may still qualify for free shipping in your postcode.

For most of our products, you may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact to qualify for a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will include the purchase price plus the original shipping cost, minus a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

We offer a 12-month warranty against product defects for most of our products, unless specified otherwise. This doesn't cover general wear and tear, inappropriate use, or some consumable products which wouldn't be expected to last 12 months.

In certain cases, an extended warranty applies - beyond 12 months.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they haven’t been dispatched with our courier.

Products are subject to availability. Although availability of products is updated in real time, there is a chance that you could place an order for an out-of-stock item. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or refund.

We measure discounts based on RRP (Recommended Retail Price), which is provided by the product manufacturer or supplier.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with the guidelines set forth by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) under the Privacy Act 1988. In addition to meeting these legal requirements, we have our own strict policy: we will not sell, share, or redistribute any personal data collected from you. Your data is stored securely in keeping with current security best practices.

All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is our intellectual property, or that of our affiliates, and may not be used without permission.

We reserve the right to update these Service Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
